Jump into the Wonders of Water with Regional Parks

The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) is hosting the Wonders of Water event on Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mission Creek Regional Park. This free, fun-filled event is designed to inspire visitors of all ages about the importance of clean, healthy water systems while providing an educational day out for families and all community members.

Planned pile burning in Rose Valley Regional Park part of wildfire recovery

The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) advises that controlled pile burning is planned in Rose Valley Regional Park between April 25 and April 30, 2025, weather and venting conditions permitting.
The park remains closed currently. For everyone’s safety, the public is asked to respect all barricades and signage and to stay out of the closed park so contractors can safety work.
