Boil Water Notice continues for Westshore Estates water system

The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) is reminding residents served by the Westshore Estates water system in the Central Okanagan West Electoral Area that a Boil Water Notice remains in place. RDCO staff continue to actively investigate, test and monitor the water system.

Casorso Road underpass closed along Mission Creek Greenway

Rising water levels have forced the closure of Casorso Road bridge underpass along the Mission Creek Greenway.
The Regional District of Central Okanagan urges visitors to respect any barricades and signs posted at this location as it will remain closed until waters recede. A temporary crosswalk is installed for those wishing to cross the road.

New Greenway bike rental provides enhanced accessibility and inclusivity

Visitors to Mission Creek Greenway Regional Park will soon have their pick of the largest cycling rental fleet in Kelowna, including handcycles and adaptive bikes. Starting May 10 through to September 1, 2025, a pilot program with Kelowna Bike Rentals (KBR) will provide bike rentals at the Truswell Road access point.
