After an eventful three-month recovery response supporting wildfire-affected residents, the McDougall Creek Wildfire Resiliency Centre is set to wrap up its operations on November 17. The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) Board received a report detailing the Centre's activities during their meeting on November 16.

Customers of the Westshore Estates water system should note that there will be planned maintenance of the system at the Mountain Pump station on Wednesday, November 8 between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm. The work should not impact system users.

Bi-weekly fall yard waste pickup ends Saturday, December 30. That is the last day in the Central Okanagan for the curbside yard waste pickup program until collection resumes March 1, 2024.
