Star Place Water Quality Advisory ends

After consulting with Interior Health, the Regional District of Central Okanagan has rescinded a precautionary Water Quality Advisory for customers of the Star Place water system in the Central Okanagan West Electoral Area.
Turbidity in the system water source is once again within the acceptable and safe Canadian guidelines for drinking water quality. As a result, the precautionary Water Quality Advisory that has been in place since April 9, 2025, has been removed.

On Saturday, June 14 Traders Cove residents will have a special opportunity to dispose of unwanted household hazardous waste products.
