The Regional Board has approved scheduling a Public Hearing on Official Community Plan and Zoning Amendment bylaws for a property located at 4410 June Springs Road in the Central Okanagan East Electoral Area. First reading was given on October 14 for amendment application (Z21-05) to allow a rural residential property that is less than four hectares and zoning on a portion of the property to facilitate a two-lot subdivision.
