Property owners in the Central Okanagan East and Central Okanagan West Electoral Areas will soon be receiving their 2022 Rural Property Tax Notices from the BC Government.
In the electoral areas the Province collects Rural Property Tax Notice payments while municipal governments directly collect the taxes for Regional District purposes from their property owners.

Residents of North Westside Road communities within the Central Okanagan West electoral area are invited to attend some upcoming information open houses.
Representatives from the North Westside Governance and Services Study committee along with committee consultants will be on hand with information and to answer questions about the committee’s work, its interim report and receive any comments from residents.

Mission Creek Greenway expansion celebrated

The Regional District has officially celebrated the opening of the expanded Mission Creek Greenway.
“These trails provide opportunities for people to connect with nature and enjoy the benefits of new way-finding signage, trail maps and interpretative information,” says RDCO chair, Loyal Wooldridge. “They will also help address water management and slope stabilities issues and prevent erosion which contributes to improved climate resiliency”
