Notice of 2025 Parcel Tax Roll

The Regional District of Central Okanagan has prepared the 2025 Parcel Tax Roll as required by Section 203 of the Community Charter. The Parcel Tax Roll lists the parcels eligible to be taxed for the following services:
- Lakeshore Road Improvements (Bylaw 1087)
- Ridgeview Fire (Bylaw 909)
- Upper Fintry Water (Bylaw 1254)
- Waste/Environment Management (Bylaw 1253)
- Falcon Ridge Water System East (Bylaw 1531)

COEDC announces 2025 Advisory Committee members

The Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission (COEDC) is excited to announce the incoming members of its Advisory Committee for 2025. The 45-member committee, comprised of industry leaders, elected officials, local government staff and community organization representatives, provides valuable insights to the COEDC. Curbside collection delays for West Kelowna and Peachland

The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) is notifying residents in West Kelowna and Peachland of potential delays in curbside garbage and recycling collection today due to the closure of the W.R. Bennett Bridge.
The area's Waste Collection Hauler, e360, is responding by rerouting trucks through Vernon to minimize the impact. Residents are asked to leave their carts at the curb for potential late pick-ups today or until collection occurs.

Salvage harvesting begins in Rose Valley Regional Park

Post-wildfire recovery efforts begin today in the Phase 3 areas of Rose Valley Regional Park. For the next several weeks contracted crew are conducting salvage harvesting operations in the northern portion of the park. This work will maximize the value of burnt trees, remove tree hazards and allow for park ecological restoration through future replanting.
