Living Here

All waste generated in the Central Okanagan is transported to the Glenmore Landfill. Disposing of waste in a responsible way contributes to sustainability in your community and will help extend the life of our only local landfill.

Materials must be secured and covered with a tarp for transport to any disposal location. Before heading to any disposal location ensure that your materials are accepted. See banned materials disposal guide for details.

This location is for authorized Traders Cove residents only (i.e. local residents paying utility fees to RDCO). New residents should see site manager for application form to use transfer station.
