Passing of Queen Elizabeth II

It’s with great sadness we have learned of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.  Out of respect, flags at RDCO facilities are being lowered to half mast.  As the longest reigning monarch our country has known, we pause to reflect on her remarkable life.  On behalf of the RDCO, I offer our condolences to the Royal Family on the loss of their matriarch.
