Pay online using Visa or MasterCard |
Use our online payment system to pay your utility bills using Visa or MasterCard. You will need your account number and access code that is printed on your utility bill in order to access your account information on our secure website. |
Pay by mail |
When paying by mail, write the account number of your Regional District utility bill on the cheque or money order and make payable to "Regional District of Central Okanagan." Do not send cash in the mail. Send to: |

Pay in person |
You can pay in person by visiting our district office at 1450 KLO Road, Kelowna (main floor cashier) between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Please be sure to bring your utility bill with you at the time of payment. |
Late payment fee
A four per cent (4%) late payment penalty (compounded quarterly at 16.99% per year) will be assessed on all outstanding balances not paid by the due date. This includes customers of the six water systems operated by the Regional District; customers of the sewer system that services the Sunset Ranch strata communities, and those receiving garbage and recycling services from the RDCO.
Please note that any utility accounts that are not paid by December 15 will be transferred to property taxes in the next succeeding year as taxes in arrears.
