Pay bills online

Payment options

We have an online payment system for your sewer, water and garbage bills. You can access your account and pay bills online by logging on with your account number and access code that is on your utility bill.

Please note that a late payment fee is in place for accounts that are not paid in full by the indicated due date.

Online payments

Pay online using Visa or MasterCard using our online payment system. 

 

Pay through your bank (online or by phone)

The Regional District is registered with most financial institutions in BC for electronic banking online and telephone banking. Please search for our biller name using CENTRAL OKANAGAN when you are online or on the phone with your bank or financial institution.

 

Pay by mail

When paying by mail, write the account number of your Regional District utility bill on the cheque or money order and make payable to "Regional District of Central Okanagan."

Please accept the cancelled cheque as your receipt. Do not send cash in the mail.

Pay by direct withdrawal

We can arrange an automatic withdrawal directly from your bank account on the due date of your Regional District utility bill. To arrange these services, please download and complete our pre-authorized payment form. The completed form can be emailed to us or be dropped off in person at 1450 KLO Road, Kelowna. Please be sure to include a voided cheque with your application.

Office Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday (closed on holidays)

Emergency water contacts

Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., please call 250-469-6241.

After hours/statutory holidays: call 250-868-5299 and leave a message.

Late payment fee

A four per cent (4%) late payment penalty (compounded quarterly at 16.99% per year) will be assessed on all outstanding balances not paid by the due date. This includes customers of the six water systems operated by the Regional District; customers of the sewer system that services the Sunset Ranch strata communities, and those receiving garbage and recycling services from the RDCO. 

Please note that any utility accounts that are not paid by December 15 will be transferred to property taxes in the next succeeding year as taxes in arrears.
