We have an online payment system for utility bills (sewer, water and garbage). You can access your online account and pay bills by logging in with the account number and access code on your utility bill. A late payment fee will be applied to accounts that are not paid in full by the due date.
Payment options
- Pay online: pay your bill anytime online using Visa or Mastercard at rdco.com/payment.
- Pay in-person: visit our office at 1450 KLO Road during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and speak with the cashier. The bill, invoice or ticket must be presented at the time of payment.
- Pay by mail: write the account number on the cheque/money order and make payable to "Regional District of Central Okanagan." Please do not send cash in the mail. Address the envelope to:

V1W 3Z4 - Drop-off a cheque/money order: use the secure drop box at our main door outside business hours or anytime. Ensure your cheque/money order is in an envelope with account information included.
- Pay utility bills through your bank: some bills can be paid through your bank – reach out to your banking institution for more information. The Regional District is registered with most financial institutions in BC for online and telephone banking. Search for the biller name "Central Okanagan."
- Pay by direct withdrawal: we can arrange an automatic withdrawal from your bank account on the due date of your RDCO utility bill. To arrange these services, complete our pre-authorized payment form. Be sure to include a voided cheque with your application. The form can be sent by email or mailed/dropped off at 1450 KLO Road, Kelowna.

Late payment fee
A four per cent (4%) late payment penalty (compounded quarterly at 16.99% per year) will be assessed on all outstanding balances not paid by the due date. This includes customers of the six water systems operated by the RDCO, customers of the sewer system that services the Sunset Ranch strata communities, and those receiving garbage and recycling services from the RDCO.
Any utility accounts not paid by December 15 will be transferred to property taxes in the following year as taxes in arrears.
