Kelowna RCMP are seeking assistance to locate a stolen Polaris ATV 2014 Polaris razor 1000XP white with red accents. Custom punisher grill, Dalton clutch kit.

Rail Trail Assault

Kelowna - March 19, 2026

The Kelowna RCMP is looking for information from the public who may have witnessed a possible assault and suspicious activity on the Rail Trail near Enterprise Way between 4:00pm – 4:30pm on Wednesday March 18, 2026. 

Officers responded to a report of an injured male at approximately 4:30pm on Wednesday who was subsequently taken to hospital to receive treatment for his non-life-threatening injuries. A white SUV is believed to be associated with the incident. 

If you encountered the injured male or have dash camera footage of a white SUV in the area during that time and have not yet spoken with police, please contact the RCMP detachment at 250‑762‑3300.

Assault

West Kelowna - March 5, 2026

On Monday, February 23, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m., at the intersection of Westlake Road and Highway 97 in West Kelowna, a red Hyundai Tucson stopped at a red light while traveling southbound. The driver began yelling at a cyclist who was also stopped at the light, then aggressively accelerated toward him, striking the cyclist and knocking him off his bike. The vehicle then fled the scene. RCMP are looking to identify the cyclist for more information. 

Description of cyclist:

  • Caucasian male, possibly between 17 - 20 years old, approximately 6 foot tall, no facial hair
  • Wearing all black clothing
  • Riding a black mountain or electric bike

Assault

West Kelowna - March 4, 2026

West Kelowna RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect involved in an unprovoked assault aboard a BC Transit bus earlier this month.

On February 3, 2026, at approximately 6:57 a.m., West Kelowna RCMP responded to a report of an assault that occurred aboard BC Transit bus 6010 while it was stopped at the northbound Highway 97 and Butt Road bus stop.

Death of 18 year-old 

Kelowna - February 5, 2026

Kelowna RCMP seeks witnesses and information on suspect vehicle

The Kelowna RCMP Serious Crime Unit (SCU) is seeking witnesses and information on a suspect vehicle involved in an altercation which resulted in the death of an 18-year-old male at approximately 8:20 pm on January 24, 2026.

SCU investigators are asking the public to review dash camera footage for the suspect vehicle if they travelled from the area of Benvoulin Court and Springfield Road to West Kelowna between 7 pm to 12 am on January 24, 2026. Residents in the neighbourhood of Benvoulin Court are requested to review their security cameras.

Series of Break and Enters 
Kelowna - December 9, 2025 

In the early morning of December 9, 2025, Kelowna RCMP frontline officers responded to three commercial break‑and‑enters in the Lower Mission area.

  • Two incidents occurred in the 3000‑block of Lakeshore Road
  • A third occurred in the 4600‑block of Lakeshore Road

Officers canvassed the area and located surveillance footage of a suspect individual and vehicle. Investigators are working to determine whether these incidents are connected and are now asking for the public’s help.

Stabbing
Kelowna - December 2, 2025 

The Kelowna RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual who was in the area of the 1100 block of Sutherland Avenue during a recent stabbing incident on December 2, 2025. 

Description:

• Caucasian male
• Wearing a light brown hoodie, black puffy jacket and baggy pants, black toque and white and black runners
• Possibly carrying a bag or backpack.
