Park and trail directory

The Regional District offers more than 2,100 hectares of parkland in 30 regional parks, including over 86 km of designated trails and ten parks with lake access. 

Regional Parks are day-use only. Camping, fires, or overnight parking are not permitted. No smoking or vaping in parks due to fire risk. On-leash dogs are allowed in some parks. Park visitors may experience weather-related and natural hazards. Plan for your park visit before you go.

Park closing times change seasonally to follow daylight hours.

January 1 - February 28 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

March 1 - May 31 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

June 1 - August 31 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

September 1 - October 14 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

October 15 - December 31 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
