Notice of Annual General Meeting - June 17, 2026

Dear Member,

We are pleased to provide official notice of our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on:

• Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2026
• Time: 6pm - 7pm
• Location: 1450 KLO Road and available online on Google Meet

Who Can Vote at the AGM

Please note that only registered members in good standing are eligible to vote during the AGM.

Voting items include:

• Approval of the 2026/27 budget
• Election of Board Member nominees
• Approval of any proposed Bylaw updates

Membership Information

If you wish to purchase a membership ahead of the AGM to participate as a voting member:

• A $10 membership purchased before June 17, 2026 is valid until June 17, 2026.
• A new $10 membership must be purchased on June 18, 2026 to remain in good standing for:
• Any Special General Meetings (SGMs) in the next fiscal year
• The 2027 AGM
• Eligibility to serve as a Board Member

If you intend to run for a Board position or participate in voting beyond this AGM, please ensure you renew your membership on or after June 18, 2026. Any nominated board member successfully voted into a term position will also need to attend the June 17th board meeting that takes place from 7pm - 8pm after the AGM. 

The meeting agenda, board nominee information and any proposed By‑Law amendments will be provided prior to the AGM date.
