2023-2027 water rate adjustments

The Regional Board has adopted bylaws establishing water rates from 2023 through 2027. 

The new User (Base and Consumption), Asset Renewal fees, and rates reflect ongoing inflation and projected changes in maintenance, operating and capital costs in order to ensure the financial sustainability of each water system. The new quarterly rates will be adjusted annually.

Water rate estimator

The water rate estimator tool uses water rates rates approved annually for 2023 through 2027. This may help you assess quarterly rates based on consumption and user fees.
