Regional District of Central Okanagan declares candidates for 2026 general local election
The Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) has declared candidates for the 2026 general local election. Eligible voters in Electoral Area East and Electoral Area West will elect representatives to the RDCO Board of Directors and the School District No. 23 Board of Education. Successful candidates will serve four-year terms beginning in November 2026.

Advance voting takes place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 7, and Wednesday, Oct. 14 and general voting day on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026.
