Upcoming November closures of Mission Creek Greenway during K.L.O. Bridge construction
These upgrades are designed to enhance traffic flow, improve intersection safety and support active transportation

The Mission Creek Greenway Bypass Trail at KLO Road will be closed on Monday, November 17 for preparation work related to gas main installation. This work is part of the City of Kelowna’s K.L.O. Road Bridge Replacement Project, which includes replacing the K.L.O. bridge, installing a roundabout and improving the surrounding area.
These upgrades are designed to enhance traffic flow, improve intersection safety and support active transportation, ensuring a safe and reliable connection to Southeast Kelowna.
The same section of the bypass trail will be closed again from November 24 to 26 for additional work on the gas main installation.
Trail users are encouraged to plan ahead and adjust their routes during these closure periods. The Greenway remains a popular destination in the fall months, so please use caution and follow all posted signage.
The Regional District offers more than 2,100 hectares of parkland including 86-kilometres of formal trails in 30 regional parks for visitors to explore. Visit rdco.com/pickapark to plan your next outing.
